Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided. By making a booking, paying a deposit, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

We, Us, Our refers to the service provider.
You, Your refers to the person making the booking and all passengers travelling under that booking.
Booking refers to any reservation confirmed via phone, email, website, or other communication method.
Service refers to any transportation or related service provided.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once full payment is received or a deposit has been paid and confirmation issued. Bookings may be declined or cancelled where payment is not received, information provided is inaccurate, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is typically required prior to the service date unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices quoted include agreed services only. Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time, additional stops, or service changes. Failure to make payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by You:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date are non-refundable. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.

Cancellation by Us:
Bookings may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond control such as vehicle breakdown, severe weather, road closures, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or suitable alternative service will be offered.

5. Delays and Waiting Time

No liability is accepted for delays caused by circumstances beyond control including traffic,accidents, road works, weather conditions, or flight delays.

Waiting Policy:
Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time free of charge unless otherwise
agreed.
After the 15 minute grace period, waiting time will be charged at £60 per hour.
If no contact is made within a reasonable timeframe, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

6. Vehicle Substitution

If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be provided at no additional cost. Specific vehicle features such as colour or trim cannot be guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully and responsibly. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and aggressive or abusive behaviour are prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service may be terminated immediately if behaviour risks safety, causes damage, or is unlawful. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Damage and Cleaning Charges

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, including sickness, spills causing staining, or excessive dirt. Serious damage may be reported to authorities.

9. Liability

Every effort is made to provide services reliably and on time. No liability is accepted for missed flights, trains, or events due to unforeseen delays, or for indirect or consequential losses. Liability will not exceed the total booking amount paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Force Majeure

No responsibility is accepted for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, government restrictions, or industrial disputes.

11. Amendments to Bookings

Requests to amend bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

12. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date. Responses will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
