Airport travel can become complicated when everyone has a different car, driver and arrival time. We keep the arrangement together by providing one vehicle and one professional driver for your group.

We have been providing group transport since 2010. Our drivers are PSV licensed and DBS checked, and our vehicles are fully insured.

For smaller parties, an 8 Seater Minibus can bring everyone together without selecting a vehicle designed for a much larger group. It is suited to families, smaller business teams and other groups travelling with a fixed passenger list.

We give you a quotation before the journey. All costs are included unless we specify otherwise, while airport parking charges are included in the quoted price. Additional charges can apply if you request extra stops, change the agreed service or require extended waiting.

Four Minibus Options

Your passenger count is important, but it is not the only factor we consider. Luggage and the nature of the trip can also affect the vehicle that makes sense for your group.

A 16 Seater Minibus gives larger groups the opportunity to travel together rather than arranging several separate vehicles. It can work well for corporate teams, families and organised groups travelling to Stansted.

If you are arranging business travel or want a more executive environment, our 16 Seater VIP Minibus provides a different level of onboard specification, including leather reclining seats, USB charging, overhead luggage storage and an extra-large boot.

For groups that exceed the requirements of a 16 seater, our 22 Seater Minibus provides greater seating capacity while keeping the party together.

When you request a quote, give us your passenger numbers and luggage details. We can then consider the complete journey rather than choosing a vehicle on seat count alone.

Planning Your Stansted Pickup

For airport collections, your flight information is important. We monitor return flights when you provide the details in advance, giving us visibility of changes to the scheduled arrival.

If your plans change before travelling, contact us as soon as possible. We can check whether the booking can be amended, subject to availability.

If you are not ready at the agreed collection time, the first 15 minutes of unscheduled waiting are free. Further waiting is charged at £60 per hour.

For departures, we arrange the journey around the pickup information you provide, giving your group a single planned transfer to Stansted.

Our London Stansted Airport transfers cover journeys between the airport and London, along with locations across our wider service area.

We also arrange group transport involving Harlow, making the service useful for groups staying or working close to Stansted as well as passengers travelling from London.
