For a smaller group, our 8 Seater Minibus provides a straightforward option when you want everyone travelling together without booking a larger vehicle than necessary.

We also keep pricing clear from the start. Your quotation includes all costs unless we specify otherwise, and airport parking charges are included. If your booking involves additional stops, extended waiting or changes to the agreed service, we will let you know about any applicable additional charges.

Choose the Right Minibus

The number of passengers is only part of choosing the right vehicle. Luggage, the type of journey and the space your group needs can all affect the most suitable option.

Our 16 Seater Minibus is designed for larger groups that want to travel together to Gatwick rather than arranging several separate vehicles. Tell us your passenger numbers and luggage requirements when requesting your quote so we can recommend the appropriate vehicle.

For business travel, special occasions or groups looking for a more executive setting, we also have a 16 Seater VIP Minibus. It provides an alternative to our standard 16-seater where the vehicle experience is an important part of the journey.

Our 22 Seater Minibus gives larger groups another option when 16 seats are not enough. We can discuss your passenger numbers, luggage and route before confirming the vehicle, rather than expecting you to work out the capacity yourself.

Gatwick Airport Pickups

When you book a pickup from Gatwick, provide your flight details in advance. We monitor return flights so we can keep track of changes to your scheduled arrival.

We do not ask you to rely on a generic airport pickup time. Your flight information gives us a clearer picture of when you are expected to arrive.

If you are late for the agreed collection time, the first 15 minutes of unscheduled waiting are free. Additional waiting is charged at £60 per hour.

If your travel plans change, contact us before travelling. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the agreed price.

Gatwick Routes From London and Brighton

We provide Gatwick airport transfers from London and other locations across our service area. For example, we can arrange group transport from London to Gatwick or from Brighton to Gatwick, with the vehicle selected around your group requirements.

We can also arrange the journey in the opposite direction, taking your group from Gatwick to your destination. Tell us where you are travelling from or going to, how many people are travelling and how much luggage you have, and we will confirm the available option.
